While Pregnant or Breastfeeding

Not safe for use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

The only blend in our shop that is safe for topical or aromatic use during pregnancy, when properly diluted, is Freshly Washed. Our single oils — lavender, lemon, and sweet orange — are also considered safe when properly diluted. All other blends contain oils that should be avoided while pregnant and breastfeeding.

Even for oils that are generally considered safe, always consult your doctor before using essential oils during pregnancy, do not use them during your first trimester, and never ingest essential oils.

If you choose to apply oils to your skin, dilute them properly with a carrier oil such as coconut, almond, or olive oil. A 1% dilution is recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (about 2 drops of essential oil in a 10 ml roll-on bottle, filled the rest of the way with carrier oil).

Love it

I use this roll on every night. I am living a very stressful life right now as a caregiver and this helps calm me and I can fall asleep "calmly". I have been using this product for several years. I roll it on both wrists and that's all it takes.

Boy, was I surprised!

I bought Restore with a "I've got nothing to lose" attitude. I quickly lost THAT attitude after using it on my husband's shoulder every night for a few days. It is the best. Prior to having surgery this week, my husband was suffering from cervical stenosis and was in agony. I would apply it to his shoulder muscles at bedtime and it gave him enough relief that he was able to fall asleep. Prior to that, he'd pace all night in severe pain. Thank you for such a wonderful, helpful product. It smells great, too!

Always keep Slumber on hand!

Hubby and I both appreciate how Slumber roll-on helps us get to sleep. If you wake up during the night for a nocturnal trip to the bathroom, Slumber does the trick to help you get back to sleep pretty quickly! I gave one to our 40+ yr old daughter and she said, "Mom---I think this really works!".

Calm Mind

I have Asperger's, and my mind just won't quit. So I have a hard time falling asleep and falling back to sleep if I have to get up during the night. I used Calm Mind on my wrists and neck for the past few nights, and it seems to work. I slept very well last night. I sleep a lot during the day, as I'm older, but I still slept through most of the night. I will continue using it every night.

I love it is easy to use and bring with me to use as needed.

Smells wonderful

Was very surprised, but it really worked well calming the acid from my hiatal hernia. Thank you so, much it is nice to find and option that isn't pharmaceutical product or involves surgery.
